At Perthe , each pair is handcrafted with care and packed securely to reach you in perfect condition.
To ensure a smooth and fair exchange process for both sides, we require a complete unboxing video at the time of delivery.
Unboxing Video Requirement

A full unedited opening video is mandatory for any exchange request — whether for size issues or product defects.

The video must clearly show:

The unopened parcel

Opening of the package

The footwear being removed from the box

Any concerns or defects (if applicable)

Videos recorded after the product has already been opened will not be accepted.
This helps us verify issues, maintain transparency, and ensure that your pair was delivered safely and in perfect condition.
Exchange Guidelines

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

If the size/product/colour you want is unavailable, you will receive a store credit valid for 6 months.
